The founder of WikiLeaks Julian Assange promised to release documents related to the US presidential campaign, before the election on November 8th.
Assange, who heads the platform with “leaked” documents, said that part of the upcoming information he will announce are “significant for the US election”, but declined to say more details. In July Wiki Leaks published emails between officials of the Democratic National Committee, immediately after they nominated Hillary Clinton.
Through a video transmission, Assange spoke from the Ecuador embassy in London, as one of the speakers at the Berlin conference, to mark 10 years of existence on its website.
He said that Wikileaks is planning to publish documents each week for the next two and a half months. The documents, he said, would be linked to the elections in America, Google, War, weapons and oil. The first podcast, as announced Assange, will be this weekend.
