If you don’t have much time, and want to cook something that your family will love, and there definitely won’t be any leftovers, use this recipe. To prepare the chicken you will need:
- chicken breasts
- chicken spice
- chilly ( optional )
Cut the chicken in slices and leave them to soak in milk for at least 30 minutes, if you want you can leave them in your fridge hours or a day earlier, to be prepared. When you take them out from the milk soak them in egg, and put them in flower afterwards. Season with salt and pepper, add chicken spice and fry them until they become golden.
For the mashed potatoes you should boil them, leave a little bit from he hot water, add milk, oil, salt and pepper, and dried vegetable spice. Add oil and milk if as much as you think is needed to make it creamy.
Serve the chicken and mashed potatoes with bbq sauce and dipping made of honey and mustard, add tomato salad with peppers and onions, seasoned with salt and olive oil and that’s it. Enjoy the perfect taste!
